Cuisine: Swedish
Location: Perth CBD
A trip to the city at Miss Maud Swedish Hotel played host to a lunch for my grandma’s birthday. I’ve known for some time they have a smorgasbord but have never tried it until now. There’s a large range of food such as soup, salad, fish, prawns, quiches, chicken, a carvery, roast veggies, deserts, bread and a cheeseboard. I was impressed at the selection and the food on the whole is excellent. Of course, their cakes are well known in the shopping centre outlets and there’s a few cakes on offer to slip a slice on to your plate. They also have a very good chocolate mousse.
Verdict: Overall, this is a really nice place to enjoy a meal amongst family and there’s a great choice of food on offer to cater to each person’s tastes. I’ve gone back a few times with my experiences being consistent to the my first time here.
