Cuisine: French, patisserie
Location: Mt Lawley
Given I love pastries, I stumbled upon this place while my cousin and I were searching for a restaurant to go out to for a birthday. French restaurants in particular. Now this place isn’t a restaurant but a café with it’s specialities in pastries. Located along Beaufort St in Mt Lawley, we decided to try a coffee and chocolate éclair just to test the waters. After splitting in half to share, the coffee éclair had a nice pastry but the coffee cream wasn’t all that intense. The chocolate éclair, however, was like a taste of heaven! On that basis after enjoying each morsel of the éclair, we selected a bunch of other pastries and divided them up amongst family to share. They are excellent. Fresh, tasty and the fillings are lovely. I have since gone back a few times and it has been just as delicious, however, the last time I ate their chocolate éclairs, it wasn’t all that good so I’m not sure what happened there.
Verdict: If you love to indulge in French pasties every so often, try this place out.
Price: Reasonable
Taste: Delicious
Value: Reasonable, a bit pricey but then you’re not having these everyday so spoil yourself
Recommendation: Highly Recommend
