Junior Masterchef

I’m a real fan of the Masterchef series and one really gets to appreciate how vast cooking is, how many different specialties one can have, the breadth of knowledge needed, and how many processes can go into just one dish. I was really interested to see the Junior Masterchef version with kids cooking. After watching for a few episodes, I’m absolutely blown away at how talented these kids are and how delicious their food looks! It looks far from pedestrian and makes me feel kind of embarrassed. I’m sure they put plenty of adults to shame. Well there’s still plenty of time for us to learn new things as I am and while I love food and cooking, I wouldn’t want to be a chef. Still, one must admire how amazing these kids are and how cute they are too! It seems a long time since I was a kid. Ah, to be 10 again!

Restaurant Rating System

It's subjective but I base my reviews on 4 key areas:

Price: Bargain > Reasonable > Moderately Expensive > Expensive
Taste: Poor > Average > Great > Delicious
Value: Poor > Good > Reasonable > Excellent
Recommendation: Eat At Home Instead > Try Once If You Want But Not Worth Visiting Again > Worth Visiting > Recommend > Highly Recommend

The final recommendation will consider the price, taste and value. Value will be based on price and other factors like service and serving size.
