JUS’ BECAUSE YOU HAVEN’T HEARD FROM US IN A WHILE…

Hey Dudes, since our arrival at Xmas 2008 we’ve been going nonstop & we recognised the need for change whilst keeping all our old heroes: the Wagyu, Roo, organic, the mullet, those house made onion rings with garlic aioli, the panko crumbed pumpkin w/ goats cheese & the pommy all stay with their buddies.

Thanks to our mate Cale Mason; Bills Bar and Bites Leederville, Ace Pizza & Mary St. Bakery Mt. Lawley, we’ve just completed our refresh to Jus HQ in Leedy.

We’ve had a lot of fun getting the new menu ready! The newbie’s include ‘diner style burgers & sliders’ all served on a charred JPS (Jean Pierre Sancho) brioche bun; classic

Americano; a Wagyu patty, pickles, mustard, ketchup & American Kraft cheese; the Shark bay prawn; BBQ Pulled pork w/ chipotle, cheese, balsamic onions + Spanish slaw & the South East Asian, homemade paste w/ coconut & lime dressing & ‘crispies’. Combine that with messy steak cut chips of blue cheese or parmesan & truffle oil; bespoke Spicy Spanish or farmyard salted chips w/ chipotle aioli or sweet potato wedges w/ Sriracha chilli sauce; For the vegans, how about our lupin & red rice tempeh? Lupin has been recently labeled the next super food at #WASignature Dish!

All this smashed down with a cheeky can of Emu Export, a feral Hop Hog IPA, a Rogers, an Imported Peroni or a glass of wine; local swan valley juices or smoothies, shakes & milks complete the package. Yes, we have matured, re-freshed our look & feel. The small independent guys like us can do this!

We have a nationally recognised certification from the RSPCA for using WA free range eggs & chooks (Mt.Barker) & contribute monthly payments to planting trees in our Southwest through the Carbon Neutral program. We have been recognised as Australia’s favourite burger bar through the ‘I love food awards’ on Foxtels lifestyle channel. We love what we do, & hope you do too!
