Not content with steering one of the World’s best restaurants, Quay Executive Chef, Peter Gilmore is set to release a world first digital food experience for iPad. The eponymous app is a carefully crafted, behind the scenes journey through Gilmore’s philosophy and unique style – a rich digital extension to his new book, Organum.

Following in Peter’s footsteps, you’ll explore the stories behind 8 handpicked dishes through Gilmore’s network of producers and unique ingredients, from concept to finished plate. Told through stunning layers of interactive visuals and audio.

For the aspiring master chefs looking for a gourmet challenge, the app includes the recipes for 8 dishes, including two previously unreleased recipes. Alternatively, the app makes it simple to request a booking at Sydney’s Quay restaurant, the logical next chapter in your journey through the exciting food of Peter Gilmore.

Peter Gilmore is the Executive Chef of Quay restaurant in Sydney. Since 2001, Peter’s creative and original cuisine has seen the restaurant receive an unprecedented number of Australian and international awards, and establish itself at the forefront of Australia’s food scene. Peter describes his cuisine as food inspired by nature.
