Frank’d Hot Dogs Food Review Summary
Verdict: Frank’d Hot Dogs are a new eatery close to the Northbridge Piazza offering patrons a range of crafted hot dogs using locally sourced buns and sausages from Elmar’s in the Swan Valley. I chose the Mad Dog and also a side of fries. Wow, what a generous serving! Lovely lightly toasted soft bun encasing a tasty bratwurst sausage. It’s the spicy tomato sauce and the ground beef which does it for me. I would have liked some more sauce at the bottom of the bun underneath the bratwurst to liven it up even more. The melted cheese and onions along with the other ingredients just work together to create a pretty good flavour combination. I also really enjoyed the perfectly seasoned and spice coated crunchy shoestring fries. Delicious meal.
